Day 31/31🥳

Congratulations to everyone who embarked on the M&M season with us from the beginning of the month until now, as well as those who joined the journey midway and have embraced the art of consistency along the way.

One of the key insights I've gained during this journey is the profound beauty of walking and the emotional benefits it brings. There were times during my walks and runs when the Holy Spirit revealed aspects of myself that I hadn't recognized before. I experienced tearful moments and feelings of discouragement, yet in those times, I learned the importance of full surrender—not just a partial one.

This 31-day challenge has taught me to fully rely on God for strength. It's so easy to depend on our own abilities, especially when we forget that God is our true source of strength. One day, my friend and I ran nearly 10 kilometers; my body was struggling while my spirit remained eager. I found myself stopping every few minutes, and in those moments, I called out to the Lord for strength. It became clear to me that God cares about the little things. What we may see as minor issues hold great significance before Him.

The conversations shared during this 31-day challenge have truly been a highlight. I've learned that every person in our lives is a gift from God, and whenever we find ourselves surrounded by others, we are surrounded by His blessings.

Thank you all for joining this challenge—your participation has made this journey even more meaningful!

Don not hesitate to share what you have learnt during this journey in the comments !

With love ,

Elyon
