Hello and welcome to the Growth community! I'm Elyon, a soon-to-be 21-year-old woman deeply loved by God. While some might say I talk a lot, what they don't realise is how much I cherish journaling and writing. Each time I put pen to paper, the Holy Spirit illuminates my thoughts in incredible ways.
As I share my very first blog post, I want to embrace you in all this journey of growth. God's love is profoundly evident in my life, reassuring me that his affection is unwavering and ever-expanding. I truly believe that my life stands as a testament to His constant love.

One theme that has been on my heart this year is intentionality. While it's a word we're familiar with, being intentional requires a genuine love for something or someone, which drives our pursuit of it. By God's grace, I hope to inspire our community and myself to be intentional in all aspects of our lives. It's during these intentional moments that we experience growth, even when it comes with challenges and discomfort. Yet, the rewards that follow are truly worth it.
In our Growth community, I often emphasise spiritual growth, a cornerstone of our mission rooted in Matthew 6:33. I frequently discuss the importance of reflection and introspection, which I like to refer to as a holistic check-up. However, spiritual self-assessment is even more crucial. We need to examine areas where we may feel spiritually lacking, such as prayer lives and consistency in reading the Word. It's not just about reading; sometimes, it's about truly understanding. One of the most valuable lessons I've learnt is to invite the Holy Spirit—whom I affectionately call "" HS"—into every aspect of my life and share everything with Him. His willingness to be involved in our lives is profound.
If you're eager to learn more, I invite you to journey with us. This is just the beginning of many more posts to come. Happy New Year, and here's to a year of intentional manifestation of goals you have set for yourself but mostly Christ Himself.
Love love this 🥹❤️
